Went in for a consultation, I’d like to say a couple months ago. Heard good reviews about it and it was smooth sailing until I went in for the actual consultation. Strange and a bit rude receptionist, Great dental assistants. And, when it came time to talk to Dr. Wruck about my ortho treatment, it just seemed like she was trying to push me to choose Invisalign. I was so confused as to why she was talking to me as if I had already decided on doing Invisalign. She stepped out for a couple of minutes and I start to look around and realize all the Invisalign gold provider plaques on the wall and my immediate thought process was that she doesn’t care about my case and just wants to make her numbers with Invisalign. We absolutely love Seaside Smiles in Wading River! The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. They always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter feels comfortable and at ease—and she actually gets excited for her appointments! It’s such a warm and welcoming environment, and we’re so grateful to have found a place that makes orthodontist visits something to look forward to. Wonderful orthodontist! She's very patient and accommodating. The staff are all friendly and professional, and the office is extremely clean. She is treating both of my children and even did my Invisalign with amazing results. I highly recommend her.
