Optum Pediatrics - Wading River

Been coming here since i was an infant, now my son goes to this practice and sees the same dr I had when I was growing up. Office staff are very friendly helpful and make you feel like family. The drs are extremely knowledgeable, caring and always go the extra mile With care.

Great staff and very attentive to all my daughter's needs! I have been going here for over 20+ years and even after all the changes still very satisfied with the level of patient care!

Worst call center ever! I have been bringing my kids to this office for 17 years and it was always a pleasure. Ever since they switched to Optum, and got a call center it has been awful to try and get through to make an appointment. I could have driven to the office and made my appointment in person in the time that I was on hold. 20 minutes. I miss the fabulous gals that work there in person answering the calls.

We absolutely love Dr Kronberg and feel very lucky that we found him. Every staff member in this office is amazing and helpful . Four stars because you have to first go through a call center that puts you on hold because they can't answer your question, they call the office to come back to you to put you back on hold to then transfer you to the office and they never even discussed with the office why I'm calling so I have to go through everything all over again. It's beyond frustrating.

Recently switched to this doctors office and so far I’m thrilled! Linda at the front desk is amazing and oh so helpful. My kids have seen both doctors and so far they’ve been wonderful. Very thorough and really kind to the kids. I’m happy with this new office in Wading River.
