Seashore Pediatrics

The girl Bethany at the front desk is the sweetest and most helpful any time I call. The nurse is lacking in bed side manor and is not great with kids who ask questions and was judgemental with our decision to not vaccinate at our first appointment there. She always seems grumpy and has an attitude like you’re inconveniencing her every time we’re there. We’ve seen a couple of the providers here and overall they’re fine. My biggest complaint is getting anyone to approve medication refills. My son is on a medication where he shouldn’t miss doses and every month we run into the issue of them not approving in a timely manner. I start by requesting the refill from my pharmacy well before it’s time to fill. Our pharmacy has to send several notices to this office and I have to call several times

I have been taking my daughter to SEASHORE pediatrics since she was born. She is almost 6 now I have always had easy experiences dealing with all staff. Any questions I had was always answered. I never feel an uncomfortable asking for help either. The doctor is always kind and I’ve never had issues personally.

Molly is the absolute best! The only downfall to this practice is how rude the LPN or RN is, that checks in the well-kids. She came off very judgmental the last time I was here! She is extremely rude, and treats my son like he is a nuisance, and not a PATIENT! During our checkout, another patient was getting their vital signs taken by her in the room across from the receptionist area, and she treated them completely different! Is this a racial thing?? If she’s going to work in healthcare, specifically pediatrics, she needs to act appropriately and be more compassionate, so my 5 YEAR OLD son isn’t asking “what’s wrong with me?” when he sees how well the nurse is treating the other kids!

I’ve taken my daughter and Seashore pediatrics since she was first born. She’s four now. Each location has provided me with everything I needed whether it’s medication, prompt referrals, information and an overall comfort knowing my child is doing okay or will be okay depending on what type of visit we are in for. I will always recommend Seashore Pediatrics. Their doctors are fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the people working at Seashore in Southport.

Used to LOVE this place. The doctors an nurses where great for 7 years never had the slightest issue!! We LOVED Miss Molly and her staff!! They where very quick and kind. And always willing to help. But lately they have had constant changes in the office staff. And apperently one lady likes to lie. And is possibly racist. Because we showed up for appt one day. Then without word with actual doctor or anyone we actually knew. Some lady we never seen before told us ONE of my son's not both were kicked out of the practice and wouldn't be seen that day after all. Due to supposedly something a deal lady over heard my husband telling my son. In one of the past visits. It was something CRAZY no one would say. And if you did hear it we should have been kicked out that day! Not weeks later. And rea
