Verified my insurance instantly. Insanely nice staff. Best hearing provider I've ever had and I have been dealing with some rough ones for 25 years. Very well informed, very accurate testing with a LOT of hearing aid options. Super clean as well YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here a few years ago to have my old hearing aids re-programed and they did a nice job and were very friendly. When it came time for new aids I came back and the owner, Dave was once again very friendly and eager to help me. They took care of billing my insurance and the new aids are great. Willing to make any adjustments needed and even paired up an accessory I didn't purchase from him. They are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Today was my first time to visit SE Wisconsin Hearing Center as I was shopping for Hearing aids. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were preparing to have carpeting replaced but they took the time to help me. Heather was so helpful to me as I was giving her my Audiology test results and telling her my past experiences in noisy environments. Heather had me fill out paperwork and even offered to help me fill it out because of hand issues that made it hard to do. Heather offered me to try at home a pair of demo hearing aids which I did not expect. The first pair worked so well and felt so comfortable that I asked for the price which was a little higher than what I wanted to spend but then Heather suggested a similiar model that was more in my price range. Dave Braun and his staff at S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center Inc. are the absolute best in the Southeast Wisconsin area bar none! I recently assisted my elderly mother search for a new hearing aid. In the past, she had some bad experiences with high-pressure sales tactics at other hearing centers, so we entered into this search with reluctance and leeriness. She did not like the trickery and unethical tactics encountered with some other centers previously. Fortunately, what we found with Dave Braun and S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center Inc. was the polar opposite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed.
