Concentra Urgent Care

Went in for a routine random drug test for my work. They got me in and out very efficiently. Where I work and what I do causes these random drug tests more often than not due to the % per total amount of employees, as is it now up to 50% of employees per quarter. There has been times I have had to wait as much as 3 hours at other places.. So yes I really like the efficient action.

Incredibly expensive for a walk in experience. The doctor didnt have the correct equipment for a diagnosis and had to build something from scratch by scrounging parts from the crash cabinet. While the doctor was fine and the diagnosis was OK the entire experience didnt lend a lot of credence

The staff was kind and patient with me. And did not make me feel as though I was a burden and was even willing to stay after the facility itself had closed in order for me to finish my testing.

I was told at the visit that I would need to pay $150 for care, which was significantly higher than the $40 copay shown in my insurance app. After returning home, I contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed with Concentra Urgent Care that the correct charge for the visit should have been $40. I was informed that I will receive a refund of the $110 over the next one to two months. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Concentra Urgent Care.

Was sent for a urine drop, arrived at 9:45am sat until 10:40a.m. When finally called I asked what the hold up was and was told my order from my potential employer was wrong that they had to call them . So i was instructed to do a DOT screening,which my employer DID NOT ORDER. Concentra insisted it was DOT and hed the employer on the phone at which time the lady requesting the urine test told her it wasn't DOT . and contentra continued to say she was wrong ,When she was the one putting in the screening ticket. This was for a warehouse position. Concentra insisted they were going to call in inform the employer that I refused the test after I did give them a sample of urine It just wasn't enough to feel two tubes that was required by DOT .
