I wish I had read the reviews before i purchased a Groupon with Sculpt and Skin. Worst business practice I have come across. Usually someone runs a Groupon to boost and/or gain business. This is flat out theft. They do not return calls, their email is invalid, and i was given a cell number only to be told it was for ER purposes only. I FINALLY got my money back after having to repeatedly report this business to Groupon.

I will be contacting the police and reporting you to the news outlets in 24 hours if you do not respond and refund me money. I have tried to call several times to make an appointment with no answer. All these reviews of the theft by deception and you still being allowed on Groupon is a crime! I want my money returned within 24 hours or else.

Never returns phone calls and the email provided via returned undeliverable!!! If you’re not going to fulfill the services purchased then don’t advertise them for sale!!! This is a common problem with Groupon.

I will not be purchasing a Groupon again because they overschedule and they only call you back in the morning. Their hours are short since this appears to be Jenny's side gig. Service feels rushed and Jenny always seems overwhelmed. I never started my appointments on time. After my last service which started over 20 minutes of my appointment time of which I showed up on time, I don't want to come back. Jenny will tell you you're late yet she is running behind...that happened to me the second time. My first and third/last appointment consisted of them starting late and my first appointment at 11 AM was 30 plus minutes behind. That's kind of bad that they're behind an hour since opening hour. She even left the other client in a room across the hall and she still didn't start on time. Beca

Got a Groupon for laser and called to book an appointment. She said the system is taking time to load but it’ll be after 4-6 weeks so I said that’s okay I’ll wait so what’s the earliest and she said you can cancel if you want multiple times. I said it’s okay I can wait what’s the availability and she keeps insisting and just hung up saying it’s best if you cancel. She is absolutely not professional and arrogant as heck. Definitely not a place I would trust my body with.
