Amazing customer service! My new City employee insurance put them through the wringer of confusing issues for about a week. And while the insurance reps didn't seem to know what they were doing, THIS pharmacy waded through the cobwebs of bureaucracy like experts, without giving up. I called them every day to check on the progress even though they told me they would call me when they had news to report (because I've been burned before by pharmacies who said they'd call me and then never did), but they did call me back and never seemed to express any frustration that I was constantly calling. This experience really taught me the value of local pharmacies. That they are so much better than the big corporate ones, because when I called I didn't have to explain my situation over and over again

Brand new pharmacy with great service on Myrtle Ave. Store is fully stocked with all your medical and house needs. Medication was delivered quick. Highly recommend

i had a medication delivered today. i was explicit when ordering that they needed to leave it at the front desk with the concierge as i would not be home today. i just got back and they delivered it with my doctor’s name and medication name FULLY VISIBLE on the outer packaging for anyone to see. this has got to be a HIPAA violation. i can’t believe they did this. i even called and they made it sound like that’s normal operating procedure. i am transferring all my prescriptions away and will never return.
