Scripts Pharmacy at South Lake

This team is the most professional group I have seen in a long time. I was in extremely pain and these young folks.Ladarius B had a smile on his face and they had me laughing through my pain. I called to have my prescription transferred here. Someone answered the phone and quickly said “can you please hold?” I have now been on hold for 35 minutes… And counting while I write this review…

Easy and fast. Friendly staff. Kaitlyn is so sweet. I love that she’s always smiling. Kudos to her. Keep up the good work and keep smiling.

VERY upset with the MISINFORMATION I was given by a technician. Due to the OUTAGEOUS DRUG SHORTAGES in FL, I've had to contact my DR 'SIX TIMES' for a NEW electronic script since Walgreens has been OUT for 1 1/2 MTHS‼️ Because Adderall is a 'controlled drug,' Pharmacists won't tell you 'if' they have it. After contacting 6 pharmacies, Scripts being the last one, I had my dr send an electronic script AFTER I made SURE to GRILL tech w/questions INCLUDING asking if they fill OUT of Hospital patients prescriptions & SPECIFICALLY told her it's Adderall!!! She KNEW it was a controlled drug because she TOLD me it was! I've been WAITIMG for a call from Scripts Pharmacy so I called them only to be told "YES DR CALLED BUT WE DO NOT FILL CONTROLLED DRUGS to clients OUTSIDE OF HOSPITAL!!! Did they NOT

Horrible pharmacy would not recommend. Does not answer phone. Was on hold over 20min, the manager lied about why medication was over priced so I went without my insulin again
