Scotts Valley Dental Care

This dental office is really lovely. The atmosphere is very clean, quiet, calming, and organized. The whole team from Dr. Jade Chang and Dr. Wandy Tsai to the staff are very friendly! Dr. Chang helped me to take care of my teeth, she’s super detail oriented and did a great job!

Although I have had excellent dental care in my 70 years, never have I experienced such professionalism, good communication, peaceful office environment, and incredible support staff as at this dental practice. I am so impressed with Dr. Tsai, with her assistant, the office manager, and the hygienist I had. My initial exam was the most thorough I have ever had. The doctor and her assistant provide very full information about the procedure both before and after. The care is meticulous, considerate, and gentle. I am grateful that this practice is so quiet (no music or loud conversations in adjacent rooms, as has been my experience elsewhere), which I find more conducive to relaxing during treatment. Thank you to Dr. Tsai and everyone at this office.

Staff and dentist are both extremely professional and very friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. The work is gentle and meticulous. I love the email and text reminders instead of a recorded call. For years I have paid more out of pocket to have this office as my primary dentist because Dr. Tsai is that good and I will continue.

Editing my review to reflect my recent experiences. Service was good, very knowledgeable staff, but originally I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes, later I came to find out I’d paid for some services out of network, so mostly just a waste of my time getting established and having to switch. Still, the service and help in rectifying the situation were both great.

I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years. She is gentle, kind and super knowledgeable. Her staff is also very professional and efficient. I am a very nervous patient but with the support of Dr. Tsai and her staff I haven't needed extra support during visits (medications). The office is always clean and nicely decorated. Her equipment is modern and she appears to keep up to date with the latest treatments and technologies.
