I take my son to First Step ABA therapy there. The place is clean and looks bright. Having a parking lot is always an advantage for any place

I arrived at the office this morning with a medical emergency, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with your receptionist Sandra in Ophthalmology. In a doctor's office, one expects a welcoming and helpful environment, but I felt dismissed and unwelcome. When seeking medical assistance, it's disheartening to encounter such attitudes, and it has led me to consider seeking care elsewhere.

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to scan a code to check in. I was called in within 10 minutes of getting to the office and they check my temperature by pointing a thermometer at my forehead before allowing me to go inside. The whole experience took about 20 minutes and I was done. Only concern was that the person who took my blood was not very friendly but she was professional. All in all great experience. They do walk ins but appointments takes priority so I went in before all the people that were there when I got there.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Scott Medical. I was never seen by the doctor. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. This place is a complete waste of time and lacks any professionalism. They clearly don't care about their patients. Avoid this place at all costs!

No customer service, no contact info, no organization, understaffed, and irresponsible with scheduling.
