Scott George Milo

I have no idea how Dr. Milo and his staff don’t have more 5 star reviews. Firstly, I have never had issues contacting them. When I call staff are friendly and informative. Gail is wonderful and made sure everything was in line with insurance. She is meticulous with her work. Dr. Milo is incredible. My son had a traumatic experience with a different dentist at a young age and feared the dentist for the longest time. Milo took this into account and made sure my son trusted him and felt comfortable. He has been thorough in his work, and honest about my son’s needs. He never overcharges or does unnecessary work. I am happy to say we have found a dentist that we can trust.

Called 12 times, all during their business hours, and not a single time did they pick up. I called both number and the first number simply says “we don’t take messages and if this is an emergency call this number” and then it just goes silent. The second number rang for 6 minutes and not a single pick up, or “we’re placing you on hold” message. This is horrible customer service. Unbelievable lack of customer care.

Staff is very nice but they run very very late.

I did not like that I could not go with my kid in the back during his cleaning and Xray. Not a good experience. 1 star for the very kind staff.
