I have been there when it was basically empty and that was around 9 a.m.. Today I was there at 9:30 and it was full so I decided to come back another day as there was even a line to get your number from the Kiosk. Normally I leave my prescription and come back to get it 3 hours later or the next day and I have had wonderful experience. Usually doesn't take long to be called. I guess if I stayed and waited with the room full it could have taken a while but actually didn't want to catch anything waiting to have a prescription filled. Overall the wait is nothing compared to the Naval Hospital and feel very fortunate that we have a satellite center at Scott Center. Good job you guys with the large number of customers you take care of everyday.

I used to be so pleased with the service at this location but as of recently not so much. I had to wait for 30 minutes to be serviced just for them to call me up to see what prescription needed to be serviced, then when I ask why such a long wait the response I was given is what's your number oh okay your next. Not even answer so rude! Secondly there was even an active duty member uniform that also waited more than 15minutes to be serviced just for them to call to then wait again to receive your prescription not acceptable especially when there were only 11 people in waiting area not including active duty member that has priority. Such a shame how it is getting worse to come here.
