I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Scott A. Leggio, DMD, and his amazing team! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Leggio has a remarkable skill set—he gave me my smile back without me feeling a thing! I was pleasantly surprised that even the novocaine injection was completely painless. His gentle touch and expertise have truly made a difference in my life. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines top-notch care with a personal touch, Dr. Leggio and his wonderful staff are the ones to see. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Dr Leggio and his staff are without a doubt the best dental practice in Augusta! He is an awesome dentist that provides excellent restorative work and gives great injections! I have never experienced pain while in his chair! I always look forward to my visits and could not have chosen a better dentist!

Patient for over 10years. The last 2 years Dr Leggio has refused to do a scan that is advertised on their website. I was having jaw issues since recent neck surgery. I discussed it with him and he would respond, “we’ll do it next time”. Went back again I was told, “ the machine is broke down”, went back again same response. If you need a painless filling or just get your teeth cleaned he can do that. Otherwise????? A referral to an oral surgeon without a reason why was my most recent interaction!!! Very disappointed. His hygienist is wonderful.

I've been a patient for a year now. I went through a company called Compass Healthcare that referred me to Dr. Leggio. I'm thankful that this dentist was recommended. The staff has always been personal and expressed genuine concern about my dental wellness.

Dr. Leggio and his staff are wonderful! They go above and beyond for their patients. I usually avoid dentists as much as possible, but I’m finally going on a regular basis. I highly recommend this practice.
