Dr Fink is amazing!!!! He has made feel so much better about my diagnosis. Very professional yet reassuring. I think he's a pretty cool guy too. Definitely a fantastic and knowledgeable doctor!!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The communication from this office and Dr. Fink has been beyond terrible and unprofessional. My father has been waiting for an explanation of test results for over 2 weeks now for testing that was done on 9/25/24. It would be one thing if results were all normal and not of concern, but we have been given every indication that there are abnormalities. Over the past 2.5 weeks there has been numerous calls to the office that have went unanswered (phone keeps ringing) and a total of 3 communications in return. First, he has been told there was a discrepancy in the pathology report then...crickets. He was told to follow up with a specialist for repeat testing, and scheduling that within the Main Line Health system has been a whole other nightmare. Yes

At my new patient appt, Dr. Fink walked in announcing they were short staffed, and spent no more than 7 min with me. At no point did he ask if I had any questions or if I had anything else to share - but I sure did! I wasn't able to share everything going on or ask all my questions. I tried to stand up for myself by stopping him as he was leaving to ask a question... he quickly dismissed it as not a valid concern and immediately went back to walking away. In the visit, he prescribed a colonoscopy without going over any of the risks or details of the procedure - I don't even think that's legal. He mentioned diets and minimally invasive treatments we could try, but did not share them or want to try them before doing a ton of testing and a procedure even he seemed to think wasn't totally nee

My experience with Dr. Fink was very good! After my appt with him, he followed up with me regarding a solution. He also has a good team of staff working with him! My whole experience with his entire team has been positive and pleasant!

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Fink and can say that from the moment I walked into the office it was a great experience. Dr. Fink really explained my next steps for my recent diagnosis. When I had a question that I had forgotten to ask during our appointment and called the office, Dr. Fink personally called me! Love that in a Doc!!!
