We visited a family member who was a patient here on a summer weekend. The facility is clean and in good shape. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. A family member had a long, difficult surgical experience here. The room service food was delicious, but there was a long wait to get it.The parking lot is a good size. Parking for visitors is $5 and up.

Mom my was in Lankenau from Dec 2 until Jan 19...her entire stay was so much easier because of the amazing staff, no matter where in the hospital she was. She was re-admitted the other day and placed on hospice care yesterday. Her finally hours were difficult...but again the staff was AMAZING. From the hospice/palliative care team,...to HER nurse, Cassie...they all made sure mom was comfortable and she was able to go peacefully.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The lack of communication is absolutely astounding. My mother was hospitalized and had a GJ tube placed in her abdomen. Not one doctor explained how to take care of it. Not one doctor took her seriously and took her pain seriously. I had to go into the hospital every single day to plead her case to the doctors because it seemed to be the only way they’d listen. When the released her, they ordered the WRONG FEEDING PUMP to our house. I was floored. Everything that could go wrong with this hospital stay went wrong. To this day we are having issues with the GJ tube. No one even bothered to teach her how to use this foreign object sticking out of her body. I am astounded. I am beyond floored by the lack of care that this hospital has for their patient

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Lankenau, and I want to recognize a few individuals who truly went above and beyond. Meghan my nurse assigned to me was exceptional—kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring throughout my time in the outpatient CATH lab. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The check-in staff for the outpatient CATH lab were also efficient, professional, and welcoming, which made the process smooth and stress-free from the start. Additionally, I’d like to highlight valet employee Tyrese, who went out of his way to be helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference and left a great first and last impression. Overall, the level of care, profe

My brother has been admitted here for ongoing hip surgeries numerous times over the past year. I cringe every time he gets admitted. Labor Day weekend took the cake. The place was a ghost town. Doors were locked until 8am and my brother had surgery scheduled. Arrived at 7:30am and no one would let us in. Rude employee yelled at us over the intercom about going to the ER to check in. My mom is 90 and there’s no way I was making her walk to the ER. A nice worker saw us and finally let us in. All the front desk staff are extremely rude. There is literally no signage at all about the need to check in. How about this… why don’t you install signs!!!! Genius. Would be nice to know instead of having your front desk staff yell at everyone passing by. They ask for your driver’s license to scan in
