Okay reverse shoulder replacement. I have had 5 surgeries on the same shoulder,reason for replacement. With this it has been less pain. As far as the staff, they were great and I tell you, I been in hospitals that made me want out as soon as possible because staff was just there and it was a pain for them to come to see what you needed. The Cafe at the hospital that they have is good and real good price. I have been by there at lunch a couple of times and ate there.

Shoutout to Dallas Billiter for going above and beyond here. I was here as support for my daughter in law and to watch my Granddaughter while her sister had oral surgery….she had been having a hard time that morning worried about her sister and Dallas came over and gave her some cookies he had and chatted with her taking her mind off the moment. Afterwards all she talked about was her new friend who gave her cookies and how nice her new friend was. Thank you Dallas for going above and beyond here. I know patient care is vital but sometimes the little things are just as important and Dallas recognized this. By the way my Granddaughter who had surgery had excellent care as well and that staff should also be praised. Thank you all so much.

I cannot express how extremely dissatisfied I am with the care my mother received at this facility. The level of competence and the complete disregard for patient well-being were absolutely appalling. Every negative rumor you’ve ever heard about this place is true. This is not a hospital it operates more like a medical mill, rushing people through with little to no compassion, communication, or concern for their health. The staff showed no urgency, no empathy, and no accountability. It’s heartbreaking to see people in pain being treated as if they’re inconveniences instead of human beings. For the sake of anyone who truly needs help, I hope this review serves as a warning and a call for serious improvement at South Central Kansas Medical Center.

Very poor communication and consistently needing to find a new provider. They are unable to keep employees or providers long enough to keep established. Very poor services requiring you to drive into Wichita for care.

The newspaper says there in the black finally but the truth is they don't want you to remember they owe the taxpayers 1 million that's 4 years in average. Maybe next time when your water bill or taxes go up you might think about this. The commissioners not the CEO will return my emails on this matter
