Everyone at the office were professional and efficient. Actually had everything lined out so the visit didn't feel rushed or much wasted time because they were prepared. I have nothing bad to say about my appointment.

The people were friendly and very informative. But I think they should be more upfront about costs. They insisted that both my husband and I come to the appointment. Then aftervthe hearing tests she immediately fitted me with hearing aids to show how much they help. Then she brought my husband in showing him how much learing loss I had (?) Finally after convincing us I needed hearing aids she reveals the cost. ($5000). When we talked on that, she offered a different set that was on sale that day only ($4000) and high intrest payment plans. Trying to convince us to buy. We turned it down , my hearing loss is not bad. I really dont understand with today's technology that can make smart phones and computers under $1000, how hearing aids can be so expensive.

My husband had an appointment at this facility on Friday. We thought the place was nice. The lady administrating test explained what he needed to do & how to respond when I heard things. She was very kind to explain things. The lady at the front desk hard her paperwork ready for us & she was kind as well. Our experience was a great experience there. I had a better understanding as to why my husband does not answer me often. He has very bad hearing. I would recommend a hearing test at tty his facility to anyone.
