Schumacher Dental Center

I have been going to Dr. Schumacher for 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. Recently, my crown fell out and I called to get an appointment for a replacement. I was fitted with a temporary crown and 3 days later the temporary crown fell out. I called on Saturday, Dec 30th, and left a message under the prompt for emergency calls. I understand that it happened over the holiday weekend, but what was really frustrating is that no one returned my call to set an appointment to address the issue. The only call I received was on Jan 2 at 4pm asking me to make a payment for the permanent crown. Dr. Schumacher and his amazing dental team made my first new patient appointment with them yesterday a great experience. Not only are they very educational, they are very sincere, professional, and treat you like a person and not a number. We were referred to this amazing dental team by our friends and I’m going to refer everyone I know to them. If you’re looking for a dental home and a private practice setting this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr Schumacher for 25+ years. My entire family has - he is a good dentist. The issue is they reschedule you due to their staff training or a hygienist being off and can't find another available time for many months. My last appointment was October 2022 - they called and rescheduled me 2x and now it is September of 2023. The next available opening they have for an appointment is January of 2024? Very frustrating. I didn't reschedule - they did (2x) and now I can't be seen for several more months. They will put you on the call list which means they call you all the time about an appointment that is available within a few hour window. My first visit with Dr. Schumacher was amazing. I am a senior citizen, and without question it is the most thorough exam of teeth and gums that i have ever had. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and interested in assisting me in the best way possible.

After our dentist of 25 years retired it was hard transitioning to the dentist who took over his practice. It was time to find the kind of dentist and staff that we had come to appreciate with our long time dentist. We have found that in Dr. Schumacher and his staff. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable through and caring. They make you feel as if you are the only patient in the office. While this was our first visit, we have appointments set for our next cleaning and I am happy we found our new forever dentist. I highly recommend this practice.
