Schonfield Dental

So months ago I had a cap glued back on and made an appointment for i guess a screening and i missed my appointment because life happened including my house catching fire and condemned which I have proof from the American red cross when I tried to explain this i was interrupted and was told sternly that they will not see me again and this after my family has seen them for years ? Yeah wheres the compassion?

Made an appointment months ago to be seen. Appointment was scheduled at 9:30 am. Receptionists told me I missed my appointment and it was actually at 8:00 am and should have been there an hour early at 7:00 am for “paperwork”. Refused to reschedule my appointment. Won’t be coming back.

I had my first visit today at Schonfield dental. The receptionist was so kind and thoughtful, explained the paperwork, like we knew each other forever. The hygienist was super knowledgeable in her field, very efficient and did everything she needed to do for me and made valuable recommendations. She was also very friendly. Dr Schonfield was real nice to me and only recommended a cleaning. I’m so happy I gave this office a chance to establish my dental care while I’m here in NY from now on.

First time here today and very happy with how nice and welcoming everyone is. I usually get super nervous to the point I start shaking a bit. Kat had made me comfortable and we talked a lot, which helped me relax once she started cleaning. The dentist seemed knowledgeable, funny, and kind. Don't think I'll be nervous for my next appointment!

The staff was very welcoming. Reception said they would call if any appointments opened sooner than the appointment I made and they did. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was friendly, explained everything answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Schonfield was very nice took time to explain what I needed and tried very hard to accommodate my tough schedule. I went to this office on the referral of a friend and I'm glad I did. For someone who hates going to the dentist this was a very good experience.
