They have a friendly staff and the guy in the deli is always pleasant. The young kid. Today I came in at 4:45 pm and I got exactly what I needed at the exact time and for the right price. You guys rock! I had previously had poor service, but it looks like they've gotten rid of that guy.

Always have a good experience when I come here! Love when I can find items because they're almost always fresh. Love the staff.

Urgent Complaint – Unacceptable Cashier Conduct and Lack of Basic Customer Care A serious customer service failure at Schnucks location in Savoy, IL. On Saturday, January 3, 2026 at approximately 7:18 PM, my husband and I were checked out by Anje S., whose conduct was completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any customer-facing role. From the beginning of the transaction, Anje displayed a hostile, disengaged attitude that made it obvious she did not want to be working. I routinely assist with bagging my groceries, yet Anje aggressively threw items into bags, smashing our food with no regard for care or quality.
