Loving Paws Pet Clinic

We've been going here for a few years now and have been happy every time. Dr. Colgan and the techs are so kind. Dr. Colgan is wonderful with our cat and our extremely anxious dog. It's a really great option if you have animals that get stressed during vet appointments; probably the most relaxing and quiet vets I've been to. Our cat fell asleep in one of the exam rooms. We've also boarded our cats and dog here and they did great.

I have been taking my old little boy to Loving Paws boarding for the last year and a half and he always leaves clean and happy. I decide to try their vet services for his annual check up. Simply because my current vet is so far away. Wow! I was impressed! The doctor and assistant were so thorough. As an older dog, he has several issues. The doctor covered every basis and was considerate with my cost concerns for the prescription food and vitamins needed for his digestive issues and a learned heart mummer. She even followed up with all the details of the visit in a lengthy email, which is so helpful. The price was crazy reasonable considering all the time she spent with my little guy. His vaccination costs were similar to my other vet. I am so glad I found them!

Very nice kind staff and clean tidy clinic. They take care of my cats and even were kind enough to give me a referral for a service they do not offer.. I find that very respectable. My cats are comfortable at Loving Paws 🤗

The staff Was alright for awhile I gave one star because whoever answers the phone is rude and unprofessional in my opinion. She had the nerve to ask me why I called and requested my vet records last week I replied because my landlord needs them, she thought I picked different vet and I didn't and proceeded to tell me we need those vet records if you went somewhere else lol okay I havnt went anywhere else my cats have always been here and they are up to date on shots now because after that call I changed my mind went somewhere else! I got behind by a year on vaccinations but it happens! we are all human, my point of this post is staff is unprofessional and needs to be more understanding of people's situations. I want to thank all the staff for taking care of my cat Domino. They done a great job and he's such a loving cat you've done a great job! The next time I need to board him to be the number one place to go. I had to move and I did not want to put my cat in the middle of my moving so I decided to board here and I will do it again and again. The boarding place was nice and clean I'm 100% satisfied! All the staff love my cat they said he was sweet and very loving.
