Schnucks Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. The staff is always so polite and professional. They are quick and provide information on the meds I have been prescribed-if I state I haven't taken them before or rarely that are helpful. I appreciate the staff very much. Thank you, Schnucks Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists!

I LOVE this pharmacy! They fill the same day every time, they call right away if there is an issue, they notify me when it's ready, they have a drive through pick up, and they are exceptionally polite and courteous - every - single - time. I used another Schnucks location until we moved to St Charles and I had not even one complaint about them in 7 years, but somehow this location is even better.

Called for help in transferring a prescription to them! Unwilling to help, told me to call my insurance, other pharmacy and doctor etc..! So I called Walgreens to transfer prescription. They took my name insurance and they called my doctor, other pharmacy and my insurance and took care of everything!! Do not recommend Schnucks pharmacy!! Walgreens definitely more helpful!

Terrible customer service. Forced to use phone prompts or download app. Questions/issues not resolved. No option to get live help on the phone for a simple question. I'll stick to Walgreens pharmacy.

This pharmacy is actually CVS inside of Schnucks. I received two vaccines there today, and the pharmacist did an excellent job.
