Schneider and Tang Orthodontics

I absolutely would NOT recommend them now that Alan has retired. My experience with Wang was very off putting! Quoted me around $7k each for myself and both sons, they were suppose to send over the contract before the day of getting braces on, and they never did. Day of getting them on they tell me its actually $7850 for me and $7350 for each kid. I questioned it, said id look elsewhere, Wang agreed to do mine for the same price as the kids. I just did it to get it done. Then took the boys elsewhere for consult, meanwhile Wang seen I scheduled elsewhere in there system and sent me text messages lowering the prices for my kids now "due to all the confusion". I would strongly advise anyone considering Schneider & Tang Orthodontics to look elsewhere. Our experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. My grown daughter went in for treatment, and after all the time, money, and trust we invested, her teeth are actually worse now than when we started. Not only did the treatment fail to improve her situation, but it has left her with ongoing pain her teeth hurt constantly, and she continues to suffer because of the work that was done here. To make matters worse, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism. In particular, Heidi was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional every step of the way. 3 of my children recently had consultations with Dr. Tang. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about who was urgent or not for orthodontics. He was willing to share a helpful at-home trick for underbites while we're considering our options and needing to schedule follow-up imaging.
