I have left no less than four messages asking for a return phone call regarding my mother‘s care and questions about a scan she allegedly needed. Having never received a call back I have to assume that Dr Que either cares not one iota about the elderly or just completely disregards the needs of his patients. And, yes, I am on the HIPPA form and was asked by my father to make the calls.

Dr. Que is the kindest, most thorough and patient doctor who truly cares about his patients. He explains everything in detail and answers all questions and concerns without hesitation. I have been going to many doctors trying to get a diagnosis until I ended up in the hospital and Dr. Que was on duty! He went above and beyond for me -reviewing all of my past and current test results thoroughly and has helped me incredibly in understanding my diagnosis. You will not find a nicer, more brilliant doctor than Dr. Que I highly recommend him and I'm so grateful that I am in his care.

I saw dr que for about two years or so for headaches and checkups on my epilepsy. Hes okay. Very nice and professional however i felt brushed off when i would talk about my migraines and tinnitus. I went to a ent instead . My ent ordered multiple mris and found stenosis and a aneurysm in my head. One day I had horrible vertigo and called the office while i was in the hospital and never got a call back. Overall, He is okay. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes ti questions about my epilepsy but i felt like he was brushing off my other concerns.

I was seeing this doctor for stroke related spasticity, in my hand, arm, and foot and he was good about administering my Botox injections. Always wanted to see if we could adjust dosage amounts so I could be more comfortable. He was really very nice and professional. He knew the correct way to do the procedure (soo many docs do not do it correctly), and I was seeing him happily every 6 weeks. I was a patient of his for years....UNTIL I ASKED HIM ABOUT GETTING SURGERY for said spasticity! He literally YELLED AT ME *not* to even bother thinking about it, since stroke survivors do not improve after a year and a half.
