SBA Urgent Care Clinic

I’m currently sitting in this urgent care with my sick elderly grandmother. It’s so cold in here people are pulling blankets out of their cars and sharing them with each other. Front desk girl is awesome, the new provider is amazing. Maintenance is lacking. They could have brought in a space heater at the very least. It’s currently 36 degrees outside. Feels like 24 according to my phone and it’s almost noon. Sick people come here. Do better.

This is a good urgent care, they are great with my 5yo. They also have accessible equipment for larger plus size people.

The staff here is fantastic. I showed up a few minutes early before they opened. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The nurse and the doctor both listened attentively to my concerns. This is a great place to go on the weekend when you're not feeling well, and your primary care doctor is not open. Highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

I could not hear out of my right ear at all, now I can hear better than I have in genuine years

I called ahead and told them we were on our way. I was told as long as we arrived by 3:55 we would be seen. We arrived before that time and the door was already locked. While we were still in the parking lot, the lady I talked to on the phone came outside. I asked why the door was locked early and she said the provider left early. We drove 35 minutes for no service. Where is the care in Urgent Care?
