I am very disappointed!! I really appreciated the care for my 93yo mother, but the caregiver came with a cough on Friday, she said it was allergies. The agency called me the following Monday to let me know one of her other clients had Covid. My mother was already sick by then. She was positive for Covid on Tuesday. Fortunately I am an RN and my mother had the latest vaccine in early October. She was sick for five days, but recovered by Friday. I’m sad the caregiver came when she was obviously sick. Allergies don’t have a productive cough. I was out of town, she would NOT have stayed, if I had known she was sick.

First of all, they do NOT have nurses!! Therefore, the other review was INCORRECT. If you' aide calls in, they always work very hard to find a backup (and are always successful). They will not quit looking until they find a backup. The ladies who work in the office are very sweet and determined. Most of the aides that I have are very friendly and helpful, and I've had a few.

nurses are not good. pads and supplys that are supposed to be sterrile were dropped on floor and the used on open wound resulting in an infection. nurses strayed away from what the wound care clinic in kansas city said to do for treatment, one nurse said the doctor was wrong that she had just went to a class that she was doing her way not what the doctor stated to do. if any choice i would never recommend this place to any one for home care and will never use them on myself.

This place has been very good at helping with my dad and getting the excellent help he needs on an everyday base of life .Staff there is very friendly and very helpful in our needs.
