I’m not sure what’s going on with the new staff or where the old staff went but these new girls don’t know what they’re doing. They called me that half of my prescription was ready to be picked up but one medication needed to be verified so I can wait or come back and I said that’s fine I’ll take the ones that got approved or verified since I’m already out, I’ll just stop by. Once I get there the lady with the glasses and darker skin tells me that they are not ready and need to call my doctor to verify since the #NUMBER PROVIDED didn’t match the number online for that doctor.. she told me she called the number on google then “her personal data base site” and said the staff didn’t know me or my doctor ? And denied me my medication since there were some flags in her system. To either go to

Pharmacist Annie Bui is a liar who does not prioritize patient care. I am a dentist who called in prescriptions for a patient in pain at 9:32am today. The patient arrived at 4:20pm to pick them up, only to be lied to, saying I somehow didn’t call them in. I double checked my office call logs, and guess what I found? I guess my version of events checks out. You should apologize to the patient for not doing your job, Annie.

Helpful friendly staff. They always take care of me and text me when my medicine comes in. They call me by my first name and always make me feel welcome. Can't recommend them enough
