I’ve received all 5 of my COVID shots here, always nice people, very fast, and will fill out the paperwork for you haha. Administer shots without much if any discomfort or pain. Thanks guys and gals. Keep up the great work.
Their phone system is always down, no one gets through. Their app never works. The prescriptions aren’t ready when they say they are. I have also had bad experiences here in relation to disability accommodations. I don’t recommend this pharmacy if you have a disability, even if the accommodation you request is very easy and simple. The system this company has set up has no room for adjustment. The pharmacists and techs there have no power to make any changes for you nor provide you with accommodations. The system controls everything they can do and you are not included in it.
Very helpful staff, I highly recommend them.
