We absolutely love Mrs. Lindsey!! She is extremely patient and kind to all her kids and she is very informative to the parents. She has a genuinely sweet personality and it shows in her interactions with her patients! I am so grateful for her calming presence around my daughter while they "play" during therapy. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a speech therapist. While we only see Mrs. Lindsey, the other ladies in the office have all been wonderful to interact with. A truly wonderful team spirit exists at Savannah River Speech!!

I absolutely love Savannah River Speech! We’ve been attending weekly for almost two years now and my son has made so much progress with Ms. Jessica. He has so much fun it’s sometimes hard to get him to leave! Since beginning speech, he went from saying only one word at a time, most of the time indistinguishable, to speaking in full sentences. I can now understand him more times than not and it has made life so much easier. He just loves to talk now! There’s still some progress that needs to be made but he really is getting better and better every week, and I can’t thank Savannah River Speech enough!

We have been going to Savannah River Speech for quite a while now and they are great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.The whole staff is friendly and great with kids. They are amazing about working with your schedule. They are also great about working with your insurance. We had some concerns about my son and they helped get him in to be tested, where we found out that he has an APD. To which they mediately made goals to help him with. Like my son would say, "10 out of 10 would recommend".

My son has been with Savannah River Speech since August 2025. He has made significant progress since working with Kirsten. She’s attentive and caring. I appreciate her communication with regards to their sessions and how each exercise is connected to each goal we are working towards.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Savannah River Speech! Three out of four of my kids receive speech and auditory processing disorder services here, and the progress has been incredible. My 9 year old daughter had been in speech therapy for years.. during her very first appointment at Savannah River Speech, she successfully made the R sound for the first time ever. I was immediately sold and enrolled my other two children who needed services as well. My daughter had IEPs in school, yet auditory processing disorder was never even mentioned. I did not know it existed until Ms. Jessica brought it to my attention and suggested we have my daughter tested. That diagnosis explained so many of the struggles we had been experiencing.
