Dr. Jeffri is an honest and caring dentist. I was told by another dentist that I needed a re-root canal, but Dr. Jeffri carefully examined my teeth and told me the truth — I did not need it. He explained that my gum infection was caused by two teeth touching, gave me antibiotics, and adjusted the tooth slightly. He could have easily charged me for an unnecessary procedure, but he didn’t. That kind of honesty is rare these days. I truly appreciate him and his integrity. God bless him.

If I could give this office a no star I would. BEWARE OF becoming a patient here. They are MONEY DRIVEN. I had two daughters in treatment, both with braces, and due to a temporary financial hardship we fell behind on payments. During that time, I continued making small payments to show good faith and communicated that I fully intended to catch up. Within two months, I had the full amount needed to bring the account current. However, despite my efforts and willingness to pay, we were dropped as patients while my children were still actively in braces. No flexibility, grace period, or reasonable solution was offered. Orthodontic treatment involves children and long-term care, and I believe patient care should include some level of understanding when families are clearly trying to make thin

Receptionist waited until my son and I got to our back to back appointments to tell me they don’t except traditional Medicaid for my child. I had gave them his Medicaid number at least a week or two in advance before our appointments. My son missed a half of day of school without an excused absence and didn’t get his check up. I cancelled my appointment also. I gave them three stars only because our previous appointments and the dentist himself is great!

Dr. Jafri and his staff are amazing. They got me in as a new patient on short notice. I’m terrified of the dentist and have put off some necessary care for a while. He and his assistant/hygienist immediately put me at ease and had me laughing! I have several procedures coming up, but Dr. Jafri didn’t lie about antibiotics helping my tooth pain very quickly, so I trust him for these procedures! Recommended him to my husband as well!

Just had my cleaning and fillings done recently. I have to say the entire staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Jaffari and his assistant Linda were amazing and fast. The dental hygienist Theresa was also great. They did a through job, answered all questions, and made sure everything was a smooth process. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done. Also pricing is all up front so you don’t have to worry worry about any hidden fees
