Sav-On Pharmacy

The Pharmacist is a wonderful man, especially considering how overwhelmed he can get with the number of prescriptions that come in every day. However the 2 stars are for the support staff, especially 'Debbie' and her gross incompetence and inability to answer the simplest questions. Further it often takes over a day to get scripts filled even after my provider sends over the prescription. How can it take more then 24 hours to fill a script that you have in stock, and why won't the techs (Debbie) let me talk to a pharmacist to ask questions ? They may accept discount cards, however Wal-Mart can often get a prescription filled faster, and I avoid Wal-Mart like the plague.

I've been very sick for over 10 days and got a new prescription today. The RN sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Even after they said it was sent to the right place, it wasn't there when I went back to get it. Cade stepped in and did everything possible to get my meds to me. I am forever grateful for his kindness today. Thank you Cade and the rest of the pharmacy staff. Merry Christmas. 🎄
