Sav-On Pharmacy

My experience at Sav-On Pharmacy was average. The staff was polite and helpful, but I found the service to be somewhat slow at times, and there were a few delays in getting my prescriptions ready. While the overall experience was acceptable, I think there’s potential for improvement in efficiency and customer communication. It’s a decent option if you’re not in a rush.

I wish I could give zero stars. Every staff at the Grants Pass location are rude and not helpful at all. Issues with refills every single time. No coordination or follow up with providers. Say they fax requests to providers but they are not received. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Phones are never answered. Unbelievable really.

Came here to fill a new prescription for my dog. It was my first time using this pharmacy since all of our human prescriptions are mail order (PPS). The young man with glasses at the register was very efficient and got everything set up very fast. I heard the phone ringing nonstop, but there was literally nobody there to answer the phone. They were all helping in person customers. Anyways, he got notifications set up to let me know when the prescription was filled. Later that day, I got a text and went down to pick up the prescription. There were about four people in line to pick up, but it didn’t take longer than 15 minutes. With the lack of pharmacy availability in Grants Pass, and everyone using just a few pharmacies, I was surprised at how quickly the prescription was filled. People co

This pharmacy has repeatedly been a disappointment. Their customer service, concern for their customer's well being and in general rude disposition has left me as a dissatisfied customer on several occasions. Actually, the best experience I have had here is waiting in line for 45 minutes then having to interact with unconcerned and unhelpful staff. Several times they text me with a request to refill my meds then after waiting more than two weeks for the confirmation the the meds are ready I find out that they never filled them and deleted the meds from my web profile. I guess communicating with their customers is beyond them. If you have other options I would recommend not using Save On.

They're doing their best with low staff. Wish they had the drive thru open and delivery options, but they aren't a bad pharmacy!
