Sav-On Pharmacy

June 2021 This pharmacy is currently extremely low on staff and supply. They lie to customers about their medication being ready. They don't fill your prescription if you have more than one of the medicine on the order because they are low on supply. They change staff daily because they have no people. The staff there says people are quitting all the time. I would feel uncomfortable filling any prescriptions for me or my family there.

Erica K is extremely rude and racist. Had a funky attitude when i walked to up to counter. She automatically assumed that i cut in front of the woman(a white woman) that was not even in line.( She was just standing in front of the pharmacy). And walked up after i did. After I told erica k that she didn't need to be rude and condescending. She could have just talked normally to me. She huffed off to get pharmacist. And was as sweet as pie to the white woman standing behind, me, the Native American woman. The things we have to put up with to get our children's medicine is ridiculous.

Horrible sercive. Minimum 30min wait to even talk to someone. Constantly closing early and changing hours. X2 weeks behind on filling all medications, min. Has a text service that sends texts for medications that still havent been filled. Have been attempting to pick up x3 medications for over a week now, marked as urgent by my pcp, and still dont have 2 of them, but they managed to put together a duplicate of another med that wasnt ordered. This used to be our family's pharmacy, but every single of of us are having the same issues now. Find another pharmacy.

Fourteen to eighteen days to get my prescriptions filled, ridiculous!! Using the automated system, I ordered refills on 6 meds, all at the same time. Yet, they are filled one by one, every 2-3 days apart. Living 15 miles from town, I am not driving in, 6 times to pick them all up. If you try calling the pharmacy, you will get no answer.🤯 Transferring pharmacies, thankfully.

The people I have to deal with are patient, seem to really care,using their experience In the field for my questions And if not they will do look into It..finding a answer,..I've recieved call backs "".there is no dumb question ""
