As someone who works out regularly, Recovery Zone is an absolute game changer. Anthony truly has hands of gold — his sports massage is powerful, precise, and exactly what your body needs. Kristina is beyond amazing with cupping and assisted stretching — she is incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly cares about your recovery. Her technique, knowledge, and gentle guidance make a huge difference, and I always feel a noticeable improvement after her sessions. The 20 minutes of red light therapy at the end is the perfect finishing touch, leaving me feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to move again. Super professional team. Highly recommend for athletes and anyone serious about recovery! 💪

Demetri is an incredible physical therapist. He helped me recover from an ankle sprain, but more importantly taught me skills and exercises that will help prevent future injuries and make me a stronger athlete. His practice is based on individualized, hands-on treatment, and giving each person the full attention they need, specifically for their injury and body type. I could not recommend a PT more than Sarrica for recovery, mobility, and long-term strength.

If it wasn’t for Marcello and his team at Sarrica Physical Therapy, I would likely have to sit this year out. Came to him with a neck/shoulder strain that was making running long distances impossible for me. Marcello fixed me up with just 3 weeks before the big race and got me to the finish line. I went to Sarrica PT for lower back and hip pain 1 year and a half postpartum. The providers here are extremely knowledgeable, professional, charismatic, and family friendly. I was able to bring my toddler w me and receive PT for my tmj as well as back/hip. They gave me necessary info and at home exercises to be able to relearn a correct posture, as well as stretch and strengthen areas that needed treating. I went from barely being able to walk without pain to walking , dancing, and taking care of my toddler w no to minimal discomfort in just a mAtter of a few sessions. My partner also got a great medical massage here. I highly recommend Sarrica PT.

Absolutely fantastic! My vertigo symptoms were accurately addressed and in very little time , following the directions of the therapist, it went away.
