Sardis Animal Clinic

I have 3 dogs and as a newcomer to Charlotte I was very concerned with finding a new vet. I did my research and was thrilled to find that Compassionate Care was AAHA approved. This is not an easy rating to get or to maintain. Plus they are on Angie's List, and only 15 minutes from my home. On my first visit I was totally pleased and satisfied with the treatment and the friendliness of the staff. For a first time visit I felt very much at home, everyone was so open and friendly and showed a great love for my dog. All 3 have now been there and they all responded to the staff like old friends. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and the staff, they make you feel welcome and secure in their care.

We were new to the area and needed a vet to take care of our older dog. Compassionate Care certainly fit the bill in terms of providing superior care and in taking care of our dog when we boarded her there. The techs and Dr. Hessey (now Dr. Birch) treated our dog wonderfully and with respect and compassion. When the sad day came to have to put our old girl down, it was done with dignity and everyone on the staff expressed sympathy. I would recommend this group heartily!

Friendly, Concise and to the point, kept in contact during recovery, Professional, Caring and the Great Doctor is Human! They stand up to their name which is now Compassionate Care! My dog came back happy and since recovered nicely!

Our dog is a rescue and has fear anxiety and is usually aggressive with anyone other than my husband and myself. She is treated with love and care by the techs and the doctors at the clinic and her aggressive behavior has never come out. They truly give compassionate care!
