I had a great experience with Dr Virk. His office staff are incredible, so organized and friendly. They called the day before to confirm appointment and insurance, and had it ready to go when I walked in. The exam was very thorough, I haven't had an eye exam that comprehensive before and I feel like he covered everything. Dr Virk was very kind and explained my previous prescription vs my new one. I love that they have the eye imagine instead of dilation, and he showed/explained the health of my eyes very well. Office staff was not pushy on selling glasses, but very helpful in finding the best option for my coverage and working with my original frames.

They were all very professional and helpful. They did a great exam and answered all my many questions. They offered me choices and respected my wishes and the budget I had to spend. Their equipment is the latest and they even had an option if you didn't want to get your eyes dilated. Dr. Virk even gave me some recommendations for supplements for my eye health even though they don't sell those. We have been coming here for years. First I brought my boys in, then I went and then bought my husband because I have been so pleased. You will love them they have quite a devotion to the work they are doing. We have had our glasses and contacts there regularly and have been happy with our purchases. The office is clean and orderly too.

Experience with Dr. Virk and Dr. Dhaliwal was very good. They are very caring for their patients. I am happy with the proactive follow-ups and recommendations on good eye masks and eye drop for my dry eyes condition.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... I visited this doctor 7 months back.. I was diagnosed with spherical and was prescribed glasses (a different color frame was delivered compared to the one I ordered. I decided to ignore that then and will do so now as well). Once I started wearing glasses, I started getting painful HEAD ACHES - when I contacted the doctor again, I was told to wear it only for driving though I had difficulty seeing otherwise too. Being unable to bear the head aches, I started wearing the glasses only when absolutely necessary (like driving).. When I consulted another doctor for second opinion (God knows why I waited 7 months) , I was diagnosed with Astigmatism (which was completely missed in the first diagnosis) and was told that the initially prescribed glasses was almost 3 TIM
