Been trying to proceed with an endoscopy for my boyfriend who is still experiencing symptoms severely, we were told he needed a clearance letter from his cardiologist which we had faxed over a month ago. NO ONE IS ANSWERING and the lady who “directs” your call is nasty. I’m explaining my concerns and all she said was “well you gotta give them time, I directed you to the right person.” Didn’t listen to me or my concerns at all. DONT GO HERE. Poor customer service.

I see Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Cook and she is absolutely wonderful. She really listens and has a solid understanding of G.I. symptoms and disorders. She’s open minded and synergistic in her thinking— she even gave me some resources on leveraging the ancient technology of Ayurvedic medicine to heal. I was happy to receive this info— as a cancer survivor I’m all about finding the root cause of my health issues and trying to prevent more issues from cropping up. Sadly, many doctors are trained to address symptoms only. Which of course increases profits. Cindy is a breath of fresh air as she goes out of her way to help you achieve optimal health, not just manage symptoms. Everyone's biggest fear of getting this out of the way is laid to rest with the people of this establishment. Dr. Jacobson was extremely professional and his staff was to match. I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The procedure was incredibly smooth and I didn't even know they performed one. I'll easily come back in 10 years to this facility. Thanks for making the experience non bothersome. People more then ever I are being diagnosed with colon cancer and getting this done puts that worry to rest. Thank you

While I love Dr. Medwally and his bedside manner, the rest of this practice is a bit disorganized and a disaster. There have been at least two incidences where they’ve messed up appointments which have required me to push it out over six months to a year. While dealing with active Crohn’s disease and this practice does not seem quite concerned in Treat their patients properly. They are dysfunctional in their communication and disastrous at scheduling. When I showed up for an appointment today that wasn’t on their books. The secretary was rude and essentially said it was my fault. If this is your only option, I highly suggest you become very proactive and managing your care with them

Shout out to Katie, Victoria, Sarah, Kelly, Nate, Dr. Olefson, Dr. Wilkin?, and the nurse who's name I can't remember in recovery, who all made my first ever "procedure" most excellent (referencing Bill and Ted.) Thank you all, and I hope I don't have to see you again for 10 years 😉🎶
