Saraland Smiles

I was so glad this outfit had online booking. Alas! I used their online request form to make 3 appointments, and waited to receive the confirmation it told me would come. A week later, I had to call to see if the appointments were scheduled. The lady who answered the phone said "Hello." That was it. I had to ask if this was Saraland Smiles and she confirmed. Then I asked about the appointments and she said they didn't take them online and she doesn't know why they have that up on there. And then she told me they weren't taking any appointments at that location anyway because they didn't have a doctor right now. I hate to judge a business with such brief exposure to their service, but I thought it might be good to post this so that anyone that comes across this trying to get an appointm

I had been using saraland smile for about 4 years and had a bridge and crown done and cleaning and was satisfied with them until this. The first bridge broke about a year and a half later. They replaced it. The bridge came out in September 2025 I called them and was informed they they do not have a doctor at this time and referred me to farni and farni. Now in December my crown has come out and I m trying to find a new dentist before the holidays

I rarely leave reviews but Saraland Smiles has the worst communication in a business I’ve seen. I received a phone call a month ago to tell me my appointment was canceled because nobody was available and wasn’t given an offer to reschedule. I tried to call back through their phone number by looking them up on Apple maps and the phone number is a spam bot. I found the actual number of Saraland smiles and left two voice mails and have called 10 times in the past two weeks to try to get my appointment scheduled and was sent to voicemail during business hours!! I even tried to get an appointment scheduled online and never got a confirmation. Will never use Saraland smiles again. I was willing to be a customer but it’s as if they are begging me not to go.

This used to be an excellent dental office. Now it is absolutely awful. They do not answer the phone, and their voicemail is always full.

Probably halfway to Narnia by now. Naturally, I panicked. Because who wants to greet their new town with a missing tooth and a nervous breakdown? I dove deep into the corners of the internet looking for a local dentist who could help a damsel in dental distress—and that’s how I found Saraland Smiles.
