The people there are so nice and professional! Front desk lady has a wonderful smile. NP answered all my questions without becoming inpatient. And, the other young lady who took my vitals was so sweet. You can tell she has a great sense of humor.

It had been a while since I needed an "Urgent care" visit. Although it's a very busy flu, virus, and allergy season, the service and assistance were great at the Festival Center location. Ken, NP, was very concerned and gave stellar treatment, as did all who aided me. Very good and compassion service rendered. Thank you

The front desk clerk Ericka was so sweet and nice. She had a lot of patience with me as I found my son's insurance information. I was in and out in no time. The Dr. was nice as well. Very handsome young man lol. The staff in general that interacted with was very nice. The young lady with the dreads that came to discharge my son complicated me and told my son to get better. Very sweet

I visited American Family Care in Saraland (Sunday, 2/15/2026) yesterday and had one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had in this setting. The doctor (PA- M. Liljegren) as extremely patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided thoughtful, clear medical advice. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made me feel truly cared for and respected. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful! Urgent care visits can sometimes feel rushed, but this visit was the exact opposite. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and wanted to make sure this outstanding service is recognized. Thank you for setting such a high standard for patient care.

This is for AFC on Montlimar, I went as a walk in. Lady at the desk was courteous. Was seen by the NP very quickly and was prescribed medication for my issue. I would revisit this location again if I ever needed to. I recommend it to anyone that is having minor health issues.
