Sarah Jane Sherwood, LMT - Massage Therapy

I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough for massage therapy. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain and and the usual stiffness from sitting at a desk, and she’s made a real difference in how I feel. Sarah is a wonderful listener who tailors each session based on feedback, and she has an incredible ability to find every knot and problem area. I also appreciate how she mixes up techniques to see what works best for my body. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and light, and I always look forward to the next one. I don’t have a ton of massage experience, but with Sarah’s skill, empathy, and calming presence, I don’t think you’ll find anyone better.

Sarah is easily one of the most empathetic and easygoing massage therapists I've had! She does an amazing job with focusing on the mind-body connection. I highly recommend seeing Sarah! Her studio is lovely and peaceful. She is an extremely gifted therapist and healer. I have been going through a lot of grief and just in one session I felt so relaxed that I think I left my body for a bit! If you need to decompress and want an excellent massage I give 5 stars to Sarah. Do you yourself and your body/mind a favor and book a session with her. She is amazing!
