This Pharmacy use to be Great years ago, my husband have been using them for over 10 years, but since they change Management they are the worst now, my husband was given his old medication which he haven't used in about year. Asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor was informed no Supervisor or manager on duty and will be going for a very long time so I asked who was in charge I was informed no one, but a manager would call me before the day was out , no phone call from a manager, just a phone from one of the girls stating that the correct medication was really for pickup. SARAH PHARMACY JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU GOT TO DO BETTER OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP ON THE NEWS.

When Mr. Mohammed was the pharmacist the service was outstanding. The staff for the exception of Carmen and another male are unprofessional. My mother was asking why her medication was late and was abruptly transferred to someone else without letting her finish or stating who she was transferring her to. My mother attempted to express what had just transpired and about her medication being late. The woman spoke over her the entire time and ultimately stated that she would do my mother a favor by giving her the medication of another patient who was not picking up the same medication until few days later. Go to another pharmacy that won’t have to do you any favors like giving you your medication on time.

Failed to deliver the correct medication TWICE. Ended up with anemia due to them giving me the incorrect prenatals. And still have the audacity to catch an attitude.

I have been with Sara Pharmacy for about 10 years now, and my family goes so back that my grandparents also used it. The other day I was having pretty bad asthma attacks so I went to an urgent care where they sent my prescription (which were not only pills, but pumps and cough syrup.) I had to finish off my day at work, but I got out at 5:30 and was able to get to there at around 10 mins before closing (5:50 ish) By that time, the doors were closed and the guy inside seemed to be smirking with his co workers while making hand movements that they closed. I was clearly in distress because by that time I was due for my meds. I understand that people who work are tired, sometimes you don’t want to finish off the day. Especially because I know closing procedure was already set up. But that’s a

I wanted to support a small pharmacy. My Dr put in an order from Atlanta. Pharmacist did not want to fill the prescription until talking to the doctor knowing it is very hard to get a physician on the phone. My doctor went through the proper protocol by entering into system but this pharmacy still did not fill it. This prescription needed as I am in a lot of pain but he didn't care. And this has delayed getting my medicine. Very unprofessional & medical irresponsible.
