I have only been going here for about 3 years and I would say they are okay. Everyone is pretty friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. What I did not like and this happened a few times, would be when they tell you you will get a call back. It would be fine if they actually called back especially for something like getting stitches removed and asking if I could stop taking a script because it was causing me 5 to 7 bathroom trips a day.(not fun) I waited 3 days for a call back and never got it. Naturally I took things into my own hands and got the stitches removed and quit the script. Things are fine now but it really made me feel unimportant as their patient/client and more like I was being used for a few extra dollars.

I had 3 viles of blood work drawn this morning and the young lady was excellent. I didn't feel a thing and I wasn't bruised. Her technique was perfect. She truly is an asset to UPMC. I went back to the same Phlebotomy lab onn 5-14-2025 and the service was outstanding. The Office staff was friendly, the Phlebotomist was outstanding - I didn't even the needle going in. I wouldn't go anywhere else for blood work. Great job to the staff at that site. You deserve a 5 star rating.

Everyone is very nice there. Except for Dr. Landis. He gaslighted me and made up lies. First and only time seeing him for a second opinion. Did not review my history and was trying to say I didn't have problems I was diagnosed with. I've been going there for atleast 20 yrs. Since he started the practice he kicked me out. If it wasn't for him this would of been 5 stars.

The staff here is always accommodating and really great to their patients. The providers are thorough and caring about the person.

Dr. BARTHOLOMEW is the BEST! He is direct and not afraid to tell you when you are not doing yourself any good. He is working very hard to keep you healthy and he expects you to jump on the band wagon and do your part! Do yourselves a favor and make an appointment with him!
