Sapphire Massage

called in to ask about pricing and packages so I can know what to schedule and 1. they never answered what packages include and 2. she just said “9 o clock im busy.” when I asked “im sorry what” she said “9 o clock im busy”. I don’t usually leave reviews but as a customer service worker, this was just ridiculous.

The massage was good. But as i was leaving they wanted me to pay again. I paid up front . There was no option for a tip on the receipt so I figured they only take cash tips (which I didn’t have on me ) when they were done the lady said I have to pay. And I said I had already paid. And she said tip. I told her I already paid and if I can put it all in 1 transaction. She said no and insisted I pay with card. It didnt sit right with me so I ask my partner if they had any cash on them but they didn’t. I said “I’ll Come back tomorrow and leave a cash tip. They didn’t like that and were talking to each other in another language and said “tomorrow “ and laughed. It was awkward and made me like I was stealing. It was weird.

This was my 2nd time in here. I didn't have the best experience the first time I went about 5 months ago, but figured I'd give them another chance. I'm happy I did! Between my two jobs, I spend a lot of time hunched with bad posture, they immediately recognized how tight and tensed my muscles were and proceeded to walk on my back, traps, shoulders, buttocks, and thighs. I have never experienced that before and the muscle pops and immediate relief I felt was amazing! After 30 minutes of back walking they spent another 20 minutes tending to my now loosened back muscles, hands, and feet. No shady business here, just a solid massage for a low price. Thank you for the freedom from headaches, will be back soon!

October, 16,2024 I came here with pain from my back praying that they can fix my problem and as I was getting a massage it was good, until I got dressed and realized I’m missing $100 dollars from my pocket, I had $156 dollars the massage was 50 I was trying to tope her 20, she literally tipped her self 100 dollars this is so disappointing, when I finally thought to my self I’m going to come here more often. God forgive them and just be careful.
