If I could give zero I would. This place is the nightmares people have about a nursing facility. Incompetent employees from director to house keeping. They don't have any knowledge, they don't answer phones, and the times they do nobody knows anything. My mother was there for 7 months and she also died there. They lost everything single piece of clothing we had brought her and put old stained gross clothes in her closet that were the wrong size and they weren't hers. They never bathed my mother beyond bed baths as the toiletries we brought her for grooming shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash ECT. Weren't even touched. Her finger nails were always filthy, one time we visited noone had even given her the dignity and shave her she had a beard. My mother was miserable there and . I am dealing wit

My brother is staying here on Medicaid. I had expected to walk in the first time and be completely depressed. (as has happened in the past in a facility that accepted medicaid). Residents were more engaged than often occurs in such facilities. I closely watched interactions between staff and residents. I found the staff to be caring, considerate, and respectful. They clearly knew the residents and interacted well with them. For me, how my brother is treated is the PRIMARY concern. And they pass that test. They don't perform well on the larger scale organization. After more than 4 months I am still unable to get basic answers for questions such as "who is my primary person to contact", "how long is this stay anticipated to be". Arranging things is problematic. I am still trying to figure

I was anxious about being discharged from the hospital and coming here for rehab. From the moment I came through the door and was warmly greeted by staff, I was shown kindness and compassion. During my three week stay, every day people helped me in a myriad of ways, and especially the emotional support. The facility is quite dated, and not fancy at all, but my condition improved thanks to the skilled PT/OT professionals who set me up with a daily routine and provided much encouragement. There were countless examples of aides, social workers and housekeeping, and kitchen staff going out of their way to assist me every day. I left feeling that I had been cared for by a family who had my best interests at heart.

Saphire cedar crossing is where I stayed while transitioning from hospital to home. While the nurses where great!!! Especially Maggie the kitchen could not get my wheat allergy diet right it was like they were trying to kill me ever time it was time to eat! I lost 13 pounds in 20 days and hardly left my wheelchair! But NIKKI was the worst of the bunch I've been discharged for 5 days now and my pharmacy still haven't received my prescriptions and still waiting for my walker because the wrong one got ordered. If this is how they want to operate I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Sorry nurses

Sapphire at cedar crossing is a facility no one should be subjected to. Laundry takes up to three months to get back to you. I went 15 days with out being able to take a shower because of no clean clothes I put on my call light and If it gets answered with in 2hrs I am Lucky The food is terrible. If you put in a request for alternative menu you usually don't get it because the kitchen claims they never got it. I have gone without a meal because of it. I am diabetic and my meal slip says sugar free juice and I usually get sugared juice I am supposed to take medicine with meals and I usually get my medicine 2hrs after meals or two hrs before. I was not getting my insulin on time and my blood sugar was out of control. My doctor got the state involved and they arranged for me to give my own
