Sapna Patla

On July 17, 2024 I started with a very intense pain in my teeth, the dentist found an infection and sent me antibiotic, he recommended to see the specialist 3 days later, on July 20, 2024 I had an appointment with the specialist Sapna Patla at 2403-05 kennedy boulevard jersey city NJ 07304, she completely ignored me while she checked me (which took her 30 seconds), she told me flat out that I had to have the tooth removed, there were two options, replace the tooth or remove the tooth and move all the other teeth to cover the space, the difference (for her) was only the cost, which she told me was high and my insurance would not cover it; She told me to choose which one I wanted, I, not being a dentist, asked her if she could put it in writing to analyze it thoroughly at home, she was offen

I had a scheduled deep cleaning and the day of cleaning was a disaster. The team previously failed to tell me of the out of pocket costs, thus I paid a $30 co-pay for nothing. It has been a week with three calls to the manager and nobody has returned my three calls!

My first time at this Dental Office was Aug. 2, 2022 with bad toothache. I had to go back Aug. 4, 2022 to see Dr. Patla for extraction! Everything has gone great! The Staff are beautiful people, too! Thank you Doctor's Shetty and Patla with Staff!
