I have never had anything good to say about doctors, as most of them will treat you and send you on your way. The process feels more like a chore that you don't really want to do. This is not the case with Dr. Santin. She shows actual concern for your wellbeing and will even scold you if you are not following your treatment. It is very hard to find a doctor that really cares as Dr. Santin does. Waiting time is a bit longer that what I would like, but the staff is very friendly, so the whole process is well worth the wait.

We met Dr Emma Santin at the hospital when my husband was admitted. She is a great and experience dr! Takes her time explaining and listens to every concerns you my have. Seen then she's our family Dr. I highly recommend Dr Emma Santin and her staff are professional and friendly!

This is hands down one of the best practices when it comes to customer service. The doctor will devote all their time to their patient and ensure that they are getting a full service. The doctor and workers are personable and will try everything to make to your experience better.
