Dr. Santi is a very nice man, but the front desk/receptionist is horrible when it comes to customer service. When someone comes in, she does not acknowledge them and will let them stand until she feels she is ready to speak. Even if you are busy, you can greet the patients and let them know you will be with them as soon as possible. She really needs to prioritize her tasks and sharpen up when it comes to customer service. She was so busy talking about her friend from Italy and another friend from Greece with another patient, that she failed to acknowledge other patients coming in. She seems a bit clueless about referrals/benefits/prior authorization, etc. When asked about whether or not the doctor took the insurance, she could not answer. Dr Santi was very nice bedside manner, he explained everything very well. I came to his office to have my father get his ingrown toenail fixed, and he did a great job. Thank you so much. He is Very knowledgeable, understanding and caring doctor. I recommend him to everyone.

I brought my 92 year old father to this business today. I can’t begin to explain how pleased we were with the entire experience. From the beginning at reception with Lisa, to a qualified and kind resident and the Santi father and son team. They were so professional and explained things to my Dad slowly and in detail. I would definitely recommend this practice. We plan to return here again for preventative care.

Dr. Registre will not disappoint... Knowledgeable, informed, great bedside manner, it was an overall stellar experience from the front desk to the actual care provided by the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Registre and I will continue to use him for my foot care needs as necessary.
