Santa Rosa Medical Center

Everyone at the Santa Rosa Medical Center is professional, kind and caring. The campus and facilities are great. The doctors, nurses, orderlies, physical therapists, kitchen team, and administrative staff do their jobs with attentive care and responsibility. I would like to thank Ms. Melissa Evans for her tremendous effort getting the insurance company to comply. And I'd like to thank my surgeon, Dr. Craig Randall, his surgical team, and the entire 3rd floor recovery team for their heroic efforts taking care of me, and getting me back on my feet again. The ER staff were very nice. I may have been a butthole (i didn't feel good) I don't remember. But they treated me like I was their only patient. When I got up to my room I meet Ms Lilly. What a breath of fresh air. The next morning it was Ms Anne. They attended to my every need. Then came a young man Mr Xavier. I feel that this young man will go far and anything that the hospital can do for him will be returned 10 fold I believe. Even the young lady who works in house keeping was very pleasant to hear come in. If I ever have any issues again I hope it comes with the staff like I encountered at Santa Rosa Hospital.

Staff was very friendly and funny and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, and ever the wonderful man at the front desk. I look foward to seeing him when I walk in. The hospital needs a huge renovation, maybe a room with massage chairs and an atrium so everyone can relax. Everyone is usually stressed when they are at the hospital and they need to relax. Also pleas make more space in the day surgery room. We were crowded in one room where the nurses were trying to work. Even though they joked with me the whole time, it still needs a huge overhaul. I’ve been using this hospital for 30 years and I’d love to see it renovated into a comfortable place. Thank you. Natalie Douglas

The five star review that I have left is in regards to The night, nurse Donna L. Never in my life in any setting have I experienced such empathy and care, no matter the profession or situation. This nurse did more for me in 10 minutes than any other human being has done for me in my lifetime. She is a superstar among the greats, she deserves to be acknowledged and praised for the way she treats her patience. This woman is absolutely an amazing human being. I will remember her forever and I will always be thankful that we crossed paths. I am eternally grateful.

Everyone was very nice especially all of the nurses. They were very helpful añd knowledgeable. I was ín there for 4 days getting IV antibiotics. I highly recommend thís hospital to everyone.
