The day I walked into this office I was limping and at my highest weight. With the help of Dr. Blackburn, Dr. Paul and the nurses over at Santa Maria Valley Physical Therapy, I can now get back to work and on with my life! If you are looking for a great environment to do your inner/outer healing call this place!!! The young lady at the front desk Jenny is so sweet and patient. Paul Manazar is a Real Professional and the rest of the staff is super Kind and Helpful.. Paul and the staff treat me as family and I am improving daily and I feel better everyday.. Absolutely the best physical therapy I have ever experienced !! I'm doing waaaaay better than the doctor expected because of them!! All I can say is thanks to them I'm healthy and happy again.
