Santa Maria Clinic

The girl working at the pharmacy clearly has no understanding of customer service. She was rude, dismissive, and talked back when asked a simple question, which escalated into an argument due to her unprofessional attitude. Instead of being helpful, she acted irritated, as if customers were a burden. She showed zero respect and remained annoyed the entire time rather than doing her job. Another customer even commented on her poor attitude, so this was clearly not an isolated issue. The experience was frustrating and uncomfortable because of her complete lack of basic customer service skills. Someone like this should not be working with the public until they learn how to treat customers properly. American pharmacies do far better than this.

If I could rate this clinic 0 stars I would. The medical staff is extremely negligent and disrespectful. Dr. Nguyen will not bother to give you more than 5 minutes. And when I asked about my results he said “if you want me to take hours with you, it’s not going to happen”. He even said I was insulting him and got defensive. I also asked for a referral with a psychiatrist and he denied it, he then proceeded to give me “anxiety medication” when he is not even qualified to give those types of prescriptions. Also one of the nurses started sharing my personal test results in public, which is highly unprofessional and goes against medical privacy laws. Plus it took me like a week to be able to get an appointment. Overall it was a very negative experience.

My experience was the 1st and my last. Here are a few reasons why... They tried to charge me for AN ANNUAL VISIT Which is covered by my insurance... The waiting room was dark and gloomy the chairs were torn, worn and dirty looking...(they're black but grey from build up dirt). My appointment was at 10:45 the Doctor was late and I wasn't seen until 11:40! He was more concerned about getting paid then verifying my PPO insurance which his assistant had just spoke with my insurance company prior to him arriving late and she stood there looking scared with a surprise look on her face like she couldn't say anything. Sad.. He doesn't deserve my business just giving facts and MY honest opinion you can be the judge of this place just walk in and see for yourself.

Me gustó mucho a pesar de ser primera vez que hiba me atendieron muy bien personal amable y muy buen doctor si tendría que ir de nuevo a una clínica iría ahí mismo.
